Individualized Groups in Education

If you are reading this site, you probably are interested in doing what is best for your students.  As we go through the next few months, I want to give teachers a way to help their students.  I believe that “Individualized Groups,” which I will now refer to as IG is definitely the way to go.  IG is a strategy that has been tested, examined, prodded, and washed.  IT WORKS!  If you are not exited about IG yet, just wait!

  1. Thank you so much for bringing IG to my classroom! Before I learned about IG, I had students just LEARNING in my class. Sometimes by themselves, sometimes in groups, but never in individualized groups. You have changed the way I educate my kids…individually, in groups.

Now, in order for me to convince my district to do a big fancy in-service on this, please send me one little article that I can call research, and your exorbitant speaking fees, and I will give you a captive audience for the better part of a day.
